“Recurring pain in my hip flexors and left shoulder originally ignited my curiosity in the Alexander Technique. Sharon has taught me to listen to my body and helped me to incorporate Alexander Technique into my daily life. We have reviewed how I sit in my car, how I carry my instrument, and even how I get out of bed in the morning! With her help the pain from my overuse has greatly diminished, and, as a bonus, I feel less stressed in my daily life. I have found her guidance invaluable, and I firmly believe that every human being can learn from The Alexander Technique to improve his/her daily life.”
